Customer Returns:

Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING that you order from Pet pals we guarantee a full refund (minus initial shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction.

Simply contact us by e-mail: sales@epetpals.com and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise and we will go out of our way to ensure that you enjoy our hassle-free return policy. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and special instructions for returning the product(s) to us. Your account will be credited upon return of the goods.

If shipping your return USPS we suggest you purchase tracking and shipping confirmation to ensure we have received your return. UPS and FedEx provide this service gratis.

Shipping:

To determine shipping costs for a product please add the item to your cart. Then view cart. Enter your zip code in the box, click on "Calculate Shipping Cost". The drop down menu to the right will contain the shipping options and their cost. Simply select the best option for your needs and continue the checkout process.

Pet Pals Discount Pet Supplies, Inc. in Santa Cruz, CA. We operate out of a seventeen thousand square warehouse. We strive to have in stock all merchandise represented on our website and will do our best to ship your order within one business day.

We are a small company, well organized, in the business since 1987 and know what it takes to satisfy our customers. That number one thing is communication and we will keep you informed and in control of your order from beginning to end. We appreciate your business, there are many online stores available and we feel honored that you would put your trust in us.

 

 Store Pick-up:

We offer pick-up at our Soquel Drive location for online orders at no additional charge.

After adding your desired items to your Shopping Cart and confirming your Billing Information, on the Shipping & Payment page, simply change the Shipping Method option to reflect "Store Pick-Up"

If someone besides yourself is picking up your purchased items, please include their name in the 'Special Instructions' field.

Upon completion you will be emailed a copy of your receipt.

Please give us 24 hours to facilitate your order. If you need it sooner, please contact us to ensure the items we have are in-stock and available.

Our physical store is open to the public!
